With all our contracts you will receive our emergency engineer callout service so you can be sure we will be available to attend to your emergency 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our call centre is based in the UK and we guarantee that you will always speak to a person, not a computer.
All our contract customers also receive priority over our non-contract customers, and we are under obligation by NSI to attend to your fault within 4 hours of it being reported to us, unless otherwise agreed.
In addition remote maintenance can be carried out free of charge quickly and effectively on systems that are connected to a phone line.
Our maintenance inspections include the following checks:
The life expectancy of any backup batteries
The remote monitoring functionality (where connected)
The range and coverage of all movement sensors
The functionality of any audible warning devices.
And in the case of CCTV:
The quality and length of video recording
The visibility of the cameras.
